How do we do it?  

Following our initial chat, we will assign a ‘Removals Manager’ to you.  Your dedicated Removals Manger will look after you throughout your move. Essentially, they will take the pressure off your shoulders and be your first point of contact, offering advice and support whenever you need it.

Your Removals Manager will organise everything, from packing to dismantling, to securely storing your possessions. Our team of experienced and highly trained staff can expertly pack the most fragile ornaments, right up to four poster beds and grand pianos. All items are packed with trade standard packing materials and treated with
the utmost care, you can trust that your possessions are safe and secure in our hands.

We have a fleet of state-of-the-art removal vehicles, ranging from Luton Vans right up to up to 18T pantechnicons. All vehicles are well-maintained and fully equipped with tail lifts and GPS, ensuring a smooth and speedy service for your move.

Female Packing Service

At Matrix Moving we are always keen to improve and add to our already amazing removal services, and after doing a little research into how we can improve our offering it has become apparent that there is a demand from our customers for trained female packers. So as a consequence we are proud to introduce our new and exclusive female packing team!

The main role of the female packers will be to concentrate on packing down and preparing the more sensitive areas of the house adopting a feminine touch, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms and other areas at the customer’s request.
